Charlie joined City Outdoor in 2014. He brings a wealth of experience having worked for one of the largest agencies in the sector for 14 years prior. His role is to introduce City Outdoor to a new audience and run the business day to day.

Steve Smith

Owner

Steve founded City Outdoor in 2009 developing a new outdoor offering in the North of England. Since then the business has gone on to grow in to a multi city high premium roadside offering.

Tess Thompson

Managing Director

Tess joined City Outdoor in 2016 bringing with her 16 years experience in outdoor, having worked across both sales and specialist side of the industry. She has been instrumental in growing and maintaining specialist & agency partnerships.

Daniela Puglia

Regional Sales Director

Daniela joined us in 2016 having worked previously at Kinetic for 10 years. She brings extensive knowledge of the outdoor market regionally and continues to develop new and existing relationships throughout the UK

Tom Wilson

Client Director

Tom joined us in 2017 bringing a wealth of experience, having already worked at specialist and agency level for two years prior. Tom's focus is to drive growth with our specialist partners and direct clients.

Laurisa Cross

Senior Account Director

Laurisa joins City Outdoor having previously worked at Astus, the UK’s largest barter company and more recently Talon managing marketing strategies and agency relationships for some of the largest accounts.

Her skills and knowledge stand her in good stead to build relationships and deliver exciting new campaigns across our network of screens.

Sue Jones

Planning Director

Sue has worked for City Outdoor since 2010. With a planning career spanning over 40 years Sue is renowned within her profession as a leading expert throughout the UK in outdoor advertisements and the planning system with her knowledge and experience being exceptional. Her role is to protect and enhance City Outdoor's existing displays and advise on the planning potential of future sites.

Veronica Watson

Content & Media operations

Veronica has been a key part of the City Outdoor team since the very start. Veronica has over 20 years experience in out of home advertising having worked for multiple media owners in the sector. Veronica is our in house expert for all content related questions.

Tori joined the team in 2022 and brings with her a decade of experience working in marketing teams in the industry. She has a passion for creativity and focuses on bringing the story of City Outdoor alive.

Based in Spain and Italy, Tatiana leads projects across Europe and our international sales initiatives. With a background in film and an impressive career as a publicist for renowned personalities such as Jennifer Lopez, Chris Cornell, and Soundgarden, Tatiana brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our team.
